Thorough cleaning and disinfection

Hand sanitizing gel is readily available at the airport.

Our lounges are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Onboard, all high-touch surfaces—tray tables, entertainment screens, seat belts, door handles, and lavatories—are meticulously cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Seats and carpets are vacuumed daily.

On long-haul flights, headphones are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Refreshing wipes and hand sanitizing gel are available for you on all flights.

State-of-the-art air filtration

Our aircraft are equipped with advanced HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, the same used in hospital operating rooms. These filters remove 99.9% of particles, ensuring exceptionally clean air.

The air in the cabin is completely refreshed every three minutes.

Mask policy onboard

Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory onboard our flights. However, if you’re experiencing symptoms such as fever or respiratory issues (like the flu or COVID-19), we recommend wearing a mask to help protect those around you.
