Reduced mobility and other disabilities
Is your mobility reduced due to disability, age or illness? Air France will assist you throughout your journey. In the context of the health situation, Air France has put in place strict measures to welcome you safely.
In order to safeguard your health, special precautions are taken as soon as you arrive at the airport:
- The wheelchairs at your disposal are disinfected every day and between each use.
- Agents accompanying you must wear a mask and gloves.
- Plexiglas protective screens are installed on the welcome desks dedicated to you.
- A mask will be provided to you if you do not have one.

For your safety, please check to see if you need to travel with a companion and if you need medical clearance.
Useful information
- Consider booking a direct flight in order to ensure a smooth trip and minimize the handling of your wheelchair
- If your trip includes a connecting flight, we recommend you allow a minimum of 1.5 hours transit time between your flights.
